Generator Maintenance & Startup Technician

The Generator Maintenance & Startup Technician will travel to customer residences to perform preventative maintenance and initial startup appointments for whole home standby generators. This role involves direct customer communication to explain generator operations and maintenance requirements, as well as documenting services performed in an electronic software system. The position requires adherence to safety practices while working around electricity and in varying outdoor weather conditions.
