Generator Service Technician

The Generator Service Technician consults with the Service Manager to plan work schedules and travels to customer residences to perform repair and preventative maintenance on whole home standby generators. This role requires using mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot systems, communicate directly with customers, and document services performed. The position involves working around electricity while adhering to safety practices and maintaining company vehicles.
