Generator Service Technician

The Generator Service Technician consults with the Service Manager to plan work schedules and travels to customer locations to perform repair and preventative maintenance on residential and commercial standby generators. The role requires using mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment, communicate directly with customers, and document services performed. This position involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and adhering to all safety practices while using company-supplied vehicles and tools.
