About this role
The Account Manager will support Square’s SMB merchants in Spain, focusing on retention and revenue growth while representing the customer voice locally. The role partners with senior stakeholders and multiple cross-functional teams (product, engineering, finance, marketing, operations and sales) to drive merchant success. You will report to the Head of Account Management for Europe and contribute to account strategies, training programs and long-term relationship development.
