The GE Vernova Financial Management Program (FMP) is a two-year early career development program designed to ignite professional growth and position participants as future finance and business leaders. The program combines four six-month rotations with formal classroom and virtual training in finance, accounting, business, soft skills, leadership development, and energy markets.
