About this role

The Gift Processing Associate manages and executes gift processing activities for the External Relations department within ACF USA. This role involves the accurate entry, tracking, and reconciliation of private donations, as well as maintaining donor data integrity and supporting internal database requests. Reporting to the Associate Director of Fundraising Systems, the associate ensures fundraising teams have reliable information to support donor engagement.

Responsibilities

Process and enter offline donations and matching gift information
Maintain donor and constituent records within the Raiser's Edge database
Complete internal database support tickets for the External Relations team
Support data reconciliation and ensure data quality standards
Partner with stakeholders to support gift processing and data entry needs
