Global Business Lead - Service

The Global Business Lead – Service will build, launch, and scale the Medical Gas Solutions service business across priority markets, translating divisional strategy into sustainable local service organizations with clear commercial and operational accountability. The role guides and establishes the service business from market assessment and organization design through execution, capability building, profitable growth, and delivery of results. The local entity, led by the General Manager, remains locally responsible for the business and owns the results together with the Global Business Lead.
