Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA required
- MBA or advanced certification is a plus
- 10+ years in accounting/finance roles
- 5+ years in a leadership position
- Experience preparing a company for an IPO is a plus
- Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite ideal)
- Experience with equity management (e.g., Carta) and tax compliance is a plus
