About this role

As Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding at Cloudbeds, you will own and scale the onboarding function for the company's fastest-growing customer segment, guiding hoteliers from contract signature through successful deployment. You will lead a global team to build standardized frameworks, metrics, and processes that ensure a world-class customer experience for mid-market properties with 25–100+ rooms.

Lead and develop the global mid-market onboarding team
Define end-to-end onboarding outcomes for complex multi-property deployments
Build standardized frameworks and SOPs for scalable customer transitions
Establish key performance metrics for onboarding velocity and retention
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Account Management

Qualifications

7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technologyLeadership experience in distributed, global environmentsProven background building onboarding and implementation functionsBS in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (Implied by seniority)Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (Bonus)
