About this role

The GTM Enablement Manager will architect and lead Collibra’s global enablement framework to empower Sales, Customer Engineering, and related GTM teams, driving immediate revenue impact and sales excellence. The role focuses on designing and scaling world-class onboarding and continuous learning experiences, aligning enablement strategy with product launches and GTM priorities. Based in London with a hybrid work model, the manager will partner cross-functionally and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
