Advanced university degree in finance, economics, infrastructure finance, water resources management or related fieldMinimum 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure finance, investment banking, development finance or water sector investmentDemonstrated experience working with governments, financial institutions and international organisationsExperience structuring blended finance instruments and investment platformsExperience engaging with multilateral development banks, climate finance mechanisms, infrastructure funds and private investors
