Qualifications

Advanced university degree in water resources management, water law, international relations, public policy, or related fieldMinimum 15 years of professional experience in transboundary water governance, water diplomacy, or international water policyDemonstrated experience working with governments, basin organisations, and international institutions in Global Environmental Facility funded projectsExperience managing complex international programmes and partnershipsExperience engaging with multilateral development banks and international transboundary water financing mechanisms such as the Global Environmental Facility, Adaptation Fund, Green Climate Fund and others
