About this role
The VP, Global Human Resources (HR) Policy Lead is responsible for driving HR policy transformation and supporting Citi’s Global Policy Governance model, including work related to the Consent Order. The role shepherds HR policy owners through the policy governance lifecycle and oversees policy management to ensure documents are current and compliant with Citi templates and standards. The position partners with stakeholders across HR and prepares and reviews policy content for governance committees.
