Global Internal Communications – Enterprise Transformation

This role supports the Global Internal Communications Team in developing and delivering strategic communications and engagement activities for Haleon's multi-year Enterprise Transformation Programme. The position involves translating complex programme concepts into clear, engaging content and collaborating with stakeholders to build colleague understanding and confidence throughout the transformation journey. The successful candidate will partner with programme leaders to drive awareness, adoption, and effective channel management for the company's 'Win as One' strategy.
