Global Learning & Development (GL&D) Learning Innovation Lead

The Global Learning & Development (GL&D) Learning Innovation Lead is responsible for scouting, evaluating, and piloting emerging learning technologies, including AI, automation, simulations, tools and apps, to determine where they create measurable value and can scale across the enterprise. This role turns experimentation into disciplined decisions, moving promising ideas from proof of concept to validated, business-ready solutions while retiring what does not deliver. As GL&D evolves from producing training to improving business performance, this role is central to the department's commitment to automate and enhance with technology first, simplify how we work, and build for the future rather than the current state.
