Learning & Development Partner - Digital Learning

The L&D Business Partner – Digital Learning is a UK-based role within Ontic's Global HR team focused on advancing the organisation’s digital learning capability to strengthen onboarding, performance, and career development across the business. The position supports a digital-first learning experience and alignment of learning platforms and systems to company needs. This role is based in the UK with flexible hybrid working and an expectation to be onsite in Cheltenham approximately two days per week.
