The Global Manager, C&B and HRIS will own the operational backbone of a 600-person global company, integrating HR operations, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and people analytics to support continued growth. This hands-on role involves shaping and improving HR infrastructure, leading the adoption of AI across the team, and managing global payroll and EOR operations. The position requires leading cross-functional projects, building people analytics practices, and developing team members while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
