Global Materials Strategy & Planning Manager

The Global Materials Strategy & Planning Manager translates long-term finished goods and production plans into a single, global material requirements strategy, acting as the critical link between Global Planning and Procurement. This role establishes a centralized, long-term material planning process to replace fragmented site-level forecasting and ensures material and finished goods capacity insights are embedded in the global S&OP/IBP cycle. The position involves building global input material planning, managing supplier capacity, and leading risk management strategies to ensure supply assurance and continuity.
