The Global Data Governance Manager at IKO Industries leads the worldwide Master Data Management (MDM) function, overseeing a team of analysts and aligning data strategies with enterprise goals. Reporting to the Global Director of IT Strategy, this position drives automation initiatives and establishes operational standards for customers, suppliers, and products.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the global Master Data Management function
Directly coach and oversee a team of nine MDM Analysts
Define and implement data governance policies and standards
Drive automation and standardization initiatives across data operations
Act as the ultimate approver for global master data requests

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or computer science10 years of IT experience in data managementProficiency in database management systemsExperience with MDM software preferably Informatica IDQExperience with ERPs including JDE or SAP
