Global Payroll Analyst

The Global Payroll Analyst supports accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across a global workforce, with a primary focus on processing U.S. payroll in Workday while also supporting India payroll and employees engaged through Employer of Record (EOR) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) arrangements. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, strong follow-through, and the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures, including regular overlap with U.S. business hours. The position involves coordinating with payroll vendors, internal teams, and external partners to resolve issues, maintain compliance, and support payroll accounting activities.
