The Senior Payroll Specialist owns the day-to-day execution and administration of U.S. payroll, contractor payments, and Employer of Record (EOR) payroll support. This hands-on individual contributor role ensures accurate and timely payments, maintains clean payroll data, and resolves discrepancies while keeping processes compliant and audit-ready. The position requires independent problem-solving and collaboration with Finance, HR, Accounting, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Own regular and off-cycle U.S. payroll processing in Rippling
Administer and reconcile contractor payments and EOR payroll
Manage multi-state payroll requirements including tax withholding and filings
