Global Payroll Manager

The Global Payroll Manager serves as the connective tissue between regional execution and global strategy, managing Regional Payroll Leads across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery for global payroll and EOR clients while standardizing processes and driving transformation initiatives. The position involves overseeing multi-country compliance, resolving complex escalations, and reporting performance metrics to the Global Head of Payroll.
