Global Privacy Counsel

This role serves as the company's principal legal advisor on domestic and international privacy and data protection matters, owning the global privacy legal function and partnering closely with the Security Team. The attorney will build and scale a coherent privacy program, advising product and engineering teams on privacy-by-design principles while managing compliance with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA/CPRA. The position involves leading security incident response, supporting commercial contracting with DPAs and transfer mechanisms, and driving internal privacy awareness and training.
