The Global Segment Leader – Agriculture will lead Momentive’s global Agriculture business, defining the segment vision and strategy and owning its commercial direction and growth agenda. The role is accountable for meeting financial and innovation targets (including Segment EBITDA, NPI performance, and annual AOP) and partners across commercial, marketing, R&D, and operations. The position is open to candidates in various locations and includes eligibility for incentive compensation.
