About this role

As a Global Sustainability Manager at Roche, you will lead the Pharma Technical Operations network in achieving zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 and driving significant environmental transformation. You will define global standards for energy efficiency, water stewardship, and circularity while managing Eco-balance Action Plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical sustainability challenges. This role requires acting as a strategic change agent to embed sustainability into all operations and influence enterprise-level decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead global programs to achieve zero GHG emissions by 2050
Define network standards for energy efficiency and resource conservation
Manage Eco-balance Action Plans across the Pharma Technical Operations network
Develop and deploy sustainable technology standards globally
Collaborate with Group SHE on strategic alignment and goal setting
