About this role

The role is responsible for owning and scaling Viktor's Google paid acquisition channel end‑to‑end, including search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns, as well as landing page experimentation and measurement. The hire will build the channel from scratch, drive pipeline and CAC targets, and partner closely with the Head of Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities

Own Google Ads end‑to‑end strategy and execution
Run landing page and conversion path experiments
Set weekly experimentation cadence with clear hypotheses
Own measurement and attribution, including enhanced and offline conversions
Report weekly on spend, CAC and pipeline contribution
