The Governance & Control Lead is a member of TD’s Business Banking Governance & Control team, which serves as the first line of defense for risk management. The role is based in Toronto and supports oversight of control frameworks, compliance, and quality assurance activities for Business Banking. It reports to the Manager II, Business Banking G&C and contributes to governance and risk mitigation across the business.
