Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead

About this role
The GRC Lead at Wayve will define, build, and lead the company’s security governance, risk, and compliance capability, establishing frameworks, processes, and oversight to manage information security risk. The role partners closely with security, engineering, IT, Legal, procurement, and business stakeholders to support secure and compliant delivery of Wayve’s technology. It combines hands-on delivery with leadership, including line management of a small GRC team and ownership of the roadmap to mature the GRC function.
