Government Compliance Coordinator

The Government Compliance Coordinator supports affiliate companies in adhering to Davis-Bacon Act (DBA), Davis-Bacon Related Acts (DBRA), and other prevailing wage requirements for federal contracts and federally funded construction activities. This role involves coordinating with business partners to ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, from proposal preparation to post-award administration and closeout. The position serves as a key point of contact for DBA/DBRA compliance support, assisting with wage determinations, certified payrolls, and labor standards obligations. The coordinator also monitors compliance risks, maintains accurate records, and provides guidance and training to internal and external stakeholders.
