Government Relations Manager, China

The Government Relations Manager supports Shell China's Downstream, Projects & Technology, and Renewable Energy Solutions businesses by developing strategic relationships with government authorities, state-owned enterprises, and key external stakeholders. The role provides counsel to senior leaders on China's government and SOE landscape, supports high-level engagements, and helps create a consistent stakeholder strategy to enable business growth and energy transition. This position requires a deep understanding of China's government structure, policy dynamics, and the energy sector to drive business outcomes and manage complex issues.
