About this role

The Grants Manager oversees the full lifecycle of a portfolio of 30–50 grants and subgrants (government, foundation, corporate and individual awards), ensuring compliance with donor terms, regulations, and GiveDirectly policies. The role supports pre-award due diligence and budgeting, post-award tracking and reporting, and coordinates audits and closeouts. It also builds organizational capacity by developing procedures, training teams on compliance, and mitigating risks. This remote position reports to the Senior Manager, Grants Management and requires occasional international travel.
