Grassroots Engagement Manager

The Grassroots Engagement Manager at ACLU-WA develops and manages grassroots organizing strategies to mobilize supporters and influence legislative and executive decision-makers. Reporting to the Organizing Director, this role supervises staff and volunteers to build a connected network of activists across Washington state. Key duties include overseeing advocacy events, managing volunteer programs, analyzing activist data, and fostering community partnerships to advance civil rights priorities.
