The Human Resources Generalist provides responsive day-to-day support to staff throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding activities. This role partners with the Human Resources & Equity Director and Human Resources Manager to maintain departmental continuity and consistent HR support across the organization.
