Grievances & Appeals Coordinator

The Appeals and Grievances Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate intake, research, documentation, processing, tracking, and resolution of Medicare Advantage appeals and grievances. The role involves managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining accurate records, protecting confidential information, and meeting applicable federal, state, accreditation, contractual, and organizational requirements. The coordinator collaborates with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of appeals, grievances, and complaints, and prepares professional correspondence following CMS guidelines.
