The Fredericksburg Nationals are seeking a motivated Groundskeeper to manage, plan, and implement the agronomic program for Virginia Credit Union Stadium. This role oversees the daily maintenance of the playing surface and all ballpark greenspaces, ensuring the field is ready for baseball games and other events. The position involves administrative oversight of the groundskeeping department, including staff management, budgeting, and equipment maintenance.
