Group Facilitator

The Group Facilitator develops and facilitates engaging group programming, workshops, and community-building activities for shelter guests and supportive housing residents. This role focuses on creating opportunities for participants to connect, develop practical skills, and strengthen support networks within a trauma-informed and strengths-based environment. The position provides crisis intervention and support while collaborating with clinical and program teams to address participant needs.
