Behavioral Health Counselor

The Behavioral Health Counselor provides behavioral health support, including crisis assessments, safety planning, and counseling, to shelter guests and supportive housing residents. This role collaborates with program staff to facilitate referrals, ensure continuity of care, and maintain a supportive, therapeutic environment for individuals experiencing homelessness. The position requires adherence to trauma-informed and harm-reduction models of care while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
