Group Processing Specialist

This role is responsible for processing new group setups, renewals, and change requests for small and large fully insured groups, self-funded groups, and student health plans. The position involves preparing plan materials and ID cards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, and coordinating with internal teams to review and create new products. The specialist will also validate product codes, process premium rates, and provide QA testing for system updates.
