About this role
The Product Lead for Driver Earnings will own the vision for how drivers earn on Lyft’s platform, building on recent product launches and working to improve driver experiences and incentives. The role partners closely with mapping, dispatch, UX, data science, engineering, finance, and policy teams to align strategy and execution. This position also includes leadership responsibilities for growing and mentoring a team of product managers and representing the team to senior executives.
