About this role

As a member of the Growth Strategy team, this role owns the performance management and compensation infrastructure for Charlie Health's expanding outreach organization. The position involves executing complex quarterly bonus calculations, designing incentive structures, and building scalable dashboards to track sales goals and KPIs for leadership. You will partner with strategy leaders to drive accountability and continuous improvement while managing sensitive financial data across a high-growth behavioral health platform.

Responsibilities

Own performance reporting and KPI infrastructure for the Outreach organization
Execute compensation plan workflows including quarterly bonus calculations
Build and maintain performance trackers and dashboards for leadership", Conduct ad hoc analyses and modeling to support compensation design
Participate in performance reform initiatives and compensation plan redesign
Present findings and recommendations to Growth Strategy leadership
