The GTM Engineer at 7shifts builds and manages the infrastructure that powers go-to-market motions, enabling conversion, activation, retention, and growth for restaurant customers. This role creates automated data pipelines, integrates external data sources and LLMs, and develops no-code/low-code internal apps to empower marketing, sales, and growth teams. You’ll partner across marketing, product, data engineering, and sales to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems and processes.
