GTM Operations Lead

This role involves building and optimizing the operating system that powers Midstream's go-to-market organization, including designing systems, workflows, and AI-powered automations for Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams. The position requires owning the GTM technology stack, enabling operational excellence through data-driven insights, and leading AI adoption to increase productivity across the commercial organization.
