Guardian Conservator

As a Guardian Conservator, you will carry out the duties of a court-appointed Guardian/Conservator for vulnerable adults, providing financial management and ensuring their care within the Guardianship Options Program. The role involves advocating for individuals, supervising personal and health care, managing financial assets, and collaborating with courts and support teams to ensure appropriate living environments. You will maintain a caseload of 35-45 individuals across a geographic region, requiring monthly travel and participation in an on-call schedule for emergencies.
