Staff Guardian

The Staff Guardian serves as the legally appointed Guardian of Person for incompetent adults, acting as an advocate and substitute decision-maker in their care and management. This role involves managing a full caseload of wards, making critical decisions regarding their living arrangements and medical care, and ensuring they receive necessary benefits and services. The position requires regular visits to community locations, coordination with family members and service providers, and preparation of all required legal documents for Probate Court.
