Guest Experiences Associate

The Guest Experiences Associate serves as a welcoming ambassador for The Mariners’ Museum and Park, creating positive experiences for guests while supporting front desk, admissions, membership, and retail operations. This part-time role involves providing information about collections and programs, assisting with wayfinding, and handling transactions to enhance visitor engagement. The position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
