Lead Horticulturist

The Lead Horticulturist is responsible for managing all horticulture operations at the 550-acre Mariners' Museum and Park, excluding turf and trees. This role focuses on creating and maintaining whimsical, technically excellent gardens that support conservation efforts and provide value to the community. The position involves leading a horticulture team, managing budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the health and beauty of the living collection.
