As a Guest Service Agent supporting Capital One at JLL, you will be the welcoming face for associates and visitors, managing front desk operations and creating positive first impressions. Your role involves handling visitor sign-ins, providing wayfinding, conducting building walk-through audits, and assisting with special events or emergency situations. You will serve as the eyes and ears for the workplace experience, ensuring seamless operations and reporting any safety or security concerns.
