About this role

The Technical Program Manager will lead planning, execution, and delivery of hardware assembly programs across cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end processes from prototype builds to mass production. The role requires close partnership with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure fixtures, SOPs, line layouts, and production equipment meet requirements. Frequent factory engagement and hands-on support are expected to validate processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
