About this role

Neuralink is seeking an engineer to own the development and maintenance of its next-generation surgical robot's Hardware In the Loop (HIL) test system. This role involves automating verification processes, defining acceptance criteria, and integrating tests into a continuous integration pipeline to ensure the reliable production of surgical robots at scale. The position requires strong expertise in Rust, Python, and system-level verification to support unattended testing and fault reproduction.
