About this role
A Hatchery Management Trainee participates in a structured development program to prepare for operational roles within Aviagen's Parent Stock Hatcheries across North America. Trainees are based at a Parent Stock Hatchery in one of several specified locations and are groomed for placement within one of four regional teams. The program provides cross-department exposure and regional placement opportunities.
